Available Job Sales Consultant – Residential & Office Dept.

Location Bucharest

Key Responsibilities

Manage the relationships with Volksbank’s Branches involved in Real Estate sales and with the resellers from external agencies.

Make letting and sales selections after in-depth analysis of the client’s needs

Gather information in order to make a selection of properties

Visit properties with the clients

Maintain contact with clients and landlords

Accompany/advise clients during the entire letting and sales process.

Experience, skills and qualifications necessary

Excellent commercial and organizational skills

Self-starter with ability to work as part of a team

Highly committed, results oriented and entrepreneurial attitude

Good working knowledge of most used Computer Software
